The St. Louis Celestial Intervention Agency (St. Louis C.I.A.) was founded in 1983 as a means to support Doctor Who, which had just started showing on KETC Channel 9 in St. Louis. Over the years, the C.I.A. has had its ups and downs, and Channel 9 no longer shows Doctor Who, but as we enter our 17th year we are as committed as ever to furthering Doctor Who.
The C.I.A. publishes a newsletter, the Time Lord Times. It contains interviews, reviews, opinions, and news of Doctor Who and other sci-fi media. The C.I.A. holds bimonthly meetings on one Saturday of every other month. The meetings are usually at St. Louis County Library branches. |
